OUR STORY
My name is Ernesto Castro. I am the owner of Zason Latino Mexican Grill. We are located at the Woodland Mall, Rivertown Mall food courts. Before Zason, I worked with multiple restaurants, but one thing was always on my mind: To create to serve my own restaurant community. I always had a dream to create my own place, to serve healthy and authentic real food that people of all ages can enjoy.
At first, it wasn’t easy. While we first officially opened on April 25, 2018, technically it took about 3 years before we officially opened. To open a business, there was so much paperwork, licenses we had to get, etc. But as hard and time-consuming as it was, it was worth it in the end.
Now we have Zason Latino Mexican Grill here and now. Always putting together new things for people to enjoy. I am happy that every year, more and more new people are discovering us, it always puts a smile on my face just to see them enjoy the food. At the end of the day, if you have something you really want to achieve, you put your mind and hard work into it. There will be ups and downs, but as long as you persist in that dream, go for it.🌮
